New beginnings

Today’s readings are about new beginnings. As God had promised Solomon, he split the kingdom after Solomon’s death, giving the Kingdom of David a new beginning separate from Israel. In the Gospel, Jesus gives the deaf and dumb man a new beginning. When I wake up in the morning, it is a new beginning for me too. It is a fresh opportunity to walk with God. Can I take it?
