Romans 2:1-11, Psalm 62, Luke 11:42-46

“God alone is my rock, my stronghold, my fortress: I stand firm.”

Today’s psalm speaks of God as my rock and stronghold. You may want to pray this prayer exercise:

Stand for a few minutes. Be aware of your feet, firm on the ground. Breathe deeply. Recite a few words of the psalm slowly - God alone is my rock, my stronghold. I stand firm.
