Keep us safe, Lord

Jesus gave us his word, God’s word, which is the truth, and sends us out into the world to proclaim the truth. At first this seems like an overwhelming task, but we all have God-given talents we can use in his service: for prayer, for love, for being available to talk to, for being helpful, caring, for teaching, for being good parents, good citizens, for setting a good example, for hospitality …

Thank you for my talents Lord; I will use them today to encourage others to come you.
