Act 2:36-41, Ps 33, John 20:11-18

Acceptance

Mary Magdalene had difficulty accepting that the Jesus she loved had risen and would go up to be with his father. But she did in the end, and ran to tell his other friends. Have we had the same difficulty accepting that Jesus died for us, rose for us so that we may have eternal life with his father in heaven because of it? Lord, give me acceptance that you did it for me, and the will to witness as Mary did.
