Be loving

Loving and praying for enemies and persecutors is difficult - but we must, for the love of God do this. Even in extreme agony Jesus asked his father to forgive his enemies and persecutors.

Holy Spirit, join me with those I find difficult so I may open my eyes and see your loving presence in them, and look at what I can do in your name for them rather than what I perceive they do to me.
