Pray for sincerity

Jesus often made his views clear about keeping the spirit of his father’s commandments. He scorned the great outward displays of faith, seeking instead sincerity.

May I lift my heart and mind to God as I pray in private, asking for St Anthony to help us all find ways to keep the spirit of the commandments.
