Wisdom 2:1,12-22, Ps. 34, John 7:1-2, 10, 25-30

Life is difficult.

Jesus knew that the authorities were out to get him. He preached love and service, peace and unity. He was met with denouncement and hatred. Jesus discovered that life and ministry is difficult and hard. He would have suffered and struggled as others denied the love of his Father.

Today, in a hard situation, breathe and pray for the gift of courage to be Christ-like regardless of the cost.
