The pearl of great value

The pearl merchant can recognise a pearl of superlative quality, and is prepared to realise all his assets to acquire it. This is the level of priority Jesus is suggesting we ought give to the values of the kingdom. The way it plays out will be different for every person and situation. I pray for the insight to see where my real priorites lie, and the courage to make changes if need be.
